The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with extensive knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and be capable of managing the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle effectively. This role is exclusive to Saudi nationals and offers an immediate start for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the company. This includes ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, managing recruitment processes from advertisement to onboarding, handling employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR records accurately. Leading initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and organizational culture will also be a part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in human resources management.
• A graduate degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR systems applicable across the Kingdom.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes efficiently.
• Must be a Saudi national as per job requirement.
