Job Overview

Travel Gate Group is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Makkah. The role focuses on efficiently managing HR operations including personnel files and payroll while ensuring full compliance with labor regulations. This position also aims to enhance employee engagement by addressing their inquiries and supporting HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment procedures such as preparing job offers, contracts, and justifications for new hires.
• Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR information systems.
• Monitor and manage government platform interactions related to HR compliance.
• Support employees by responding to questions concerning salaries, insurance, and benefits.
• Assist with salary preparation and generate periodic HR and payroll reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal business policies and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in human resources operations.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi labor law and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience within the travel and tourism industry will be considered a plus.
