Description

We are currently hiring for a Reliability Manager on behalf of our prestigious Petrochemical client based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

​This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience in reliability engineering, asset integrity, and maintenance strategy within the Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Refinery industry.
​# Key Responsibilities:
​Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
​Lead reliability engineering initiatives including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), FMEA, and predictive maintenance.
​Oversee asset integrity, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management.
​Drive continuous improvement programs and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
​Manage and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
​Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
​Utilize data analytics and CMMS systems to improve equipment reliability.
​# Requirements:
​Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery industry.
​Proven experience in managerial/leadership roles.
​Strong expertise in reliability methodologies and maintenance best practices.
​Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field).
​Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
