HSC Manager Required For Our Company (Health, Safety & Compliance)

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabia safety regulations, international HSE standards, and project-specific requirements.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Implement HSE policies according to Saudi Labor Law & international standards
Ensure compliance with:
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead accident/incident investigations and reporting
Develop safety procedures and emergency response plans
Monitor contractor and workforce safety compliance
Conduct toolbox talks and safety trainings
Ensure proper PPE usage across site
Liaise with government authorities and clients
Maintain all HSE documentation and reports

🎓 Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years Mandatory) in:
Environmental Science
Occupational Health & Safety
Engineering

❌ B-Tech (BT) NOT acceptable (as per your requirement)

📊 Experience Requirements:
15+ years total experience (MANDATORY)
7+ years as HSE Manager (Managerial level)
Experience in:
Construction / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas (Preferred)

📜 Certifications (VERY IMPORTANT – KSA Market):
NEBOSH (IGC / Diploma) ✅ MUST
IOSH (Managing Safely)
OSHA Certification
Saudi Aramco Approval (BIG PLUS 🔥)
SABIC / SEC experience (Preferred)
