Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

5–8 years of GCC experience in construction projects (building, infrastructure, and interior fit-out)

Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD

Good understanding of project management and site execution

Experience in supervising site activities and handling day-to-day operations

Ability to coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Strong focus on quality control and timely project completion
