Star Services L.L.C is currently seeking a skilled Marshalling and Security Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and secure movement of large groups of employees while maintaining safety and order throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of up to 3,000 employees daily. This involves managing employee groupings, overseeing bus onboarding processes, and controlling border checkpoints. Clear and effective communication is essential to provide participants with instructions that uphold security protocols and maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage large crowds effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups
• Capability to perform well under pressure and manage high-stress situations while maintaining safety
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with sound decision-making skills
• Experience in security operations, marshalling, or logistics coordination is highly preferred
