EDGE Group is seeking a seasoned Senior HSE Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience working in defense, industrial, or other high-risk sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with international standards and foster a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HSE Officer will play a vital role in maintaining workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Primary duties include:

• Implementing and continuously improving HSE policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Conducting thorough site inspections, audits, and compliance assessments to identify potential risks.
• Ensuring adherence to global safety standards such as ISO 45001 and local regulatory requirements.
• Leading detailed incident investigations and recommending effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Driving initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture among staff and contractors.

Required Skills and Experience
