Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HSE Engineer and HSE Manager to join a leading construction project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a solid understanding of local regulations and industry best practices. This position offers the chance to work on high-profile construction sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures for construction sites.
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi’s regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analysis to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead safety training sessions and promote safety awareness among all site personnel.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed HSE culture across all operations.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Prior experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi is essential.
• Familiarity with Aldar projects or similar large-scale developments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and international HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
