STAR SERVICES L.L.C is actively seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on rig operations within the oil and gas sector and requires a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental procedures specifically tailored to rig activities. This includes monitoring compliance with HSE regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring safe work practices are followed on-site. The officer will collaborate closely with operational teams to promote a culture of safety and support continuous improvement in all drilling and workover operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• At least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with a minimum of 3 years focused on drilling and workover operations.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in rig operations.
• Prior UAE experience as an HSE Officer or HSE Advisor is essential, with HSE Engineer background considered a plus.
