Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols, conducting inspections, delivering training sessions, and investigating incidents to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize risks.

The HSE Assistant will support these efforts by assisting with safety inspections and contributing to the maintenance of a safe work environment under the guidance of the HSE Officer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• HSE Officer: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is required. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an HSE role along with NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent certification. Holding a UAE local competency certification (B Level Practitioner or equivalent) is essential. Certification in inspection, training delivery, and incident investigation is mandatory.
• HSE Assistant: Applicants should possess a diploma in a relevant field, with 2 to 3 years of practical experience in health, safety, and environment practices. OSHA certification or an equivalent credential is required, alongside the UAE local competency certification (B Level Practitioner or equivalent). Candidates must have certification in inspection.
