A prominent Oil and Gas company specializing in refinery and petrochemicals in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Yanbu. This role is instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of various business units by providing strategic HR support. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support workforce planning and development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
