Job Overview

We are currently seeking qualified professionals for two urgent roles based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia: HSE Document Controller and Civil Supervisor. These positions require candidates with relevant experience and immediate availability to join dynamic teams aligned with health, safety, and civil construction operations.

HSE Document Controller

This role focuses on managing and organizing health, safety, and environmental documentation essential for compliance and operational efficiency. Candidates must be familiar with the processes and report formats within Safety Departments to ensure systematic handling of safety records.

Key Responsibilities for HSE Document Controller

• Maintain and update HSE documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with safety teams to support documentation needs.
• Manage filing systems and digital safety records efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience for HSE Document Controller

• Proven experience in HSE or safety documentation management.
• Understanding of safety department procedures and reporting requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor role involves overseeing civil construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met on site. Candidates should have hands-on experience supervising civil construction projects and familiarity with design and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities for Civil Supervisor

• Supervise civil construction work to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Review construction plans and provide technical guidance.
• Use AutoCAD skills for interpreting and managing project drawings.

Required Skills and Experience for Civil Supervisor

• Extensive experience in civil construction supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
• Capability to carry a laptop for onsite and interview purposes.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates currently located in Yanbu or Jeddah. Immediate joining is highly desirable. Only applicants with relevant experience in the respective fields will be considered for an interview.

Interview Schedule

HSE Document Controller candidates are invited for a face-to-face interview on Monday. Civil Supervisor interviews will be held on Sunday morning.
