We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing HSE programs within industrial or manufacturing settings. As the HSE Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety of personnel, compliance with regulations, and promoting a safety-first culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management at the site. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and implementing effective emergency response procedures. The role also involves ensuring machine safety protocols and fire safety measures are strictly adhered to and continuously improved upon.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing plant environments
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Expertise in risk assessments, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
• Hands-on experience with machine safety and fire safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate solid leadership capabilities and effective communication skills to influence safety culture at all levels. Proven ability to manage compliance with local and international HSE standards is essential.
