We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team for a long-term project based in Yanbu. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in scaffolding management to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities

The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee all scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role involves coordinating daily activities, supervising scaffold erection and dismantling, and maintaining quality control throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding supervision.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team on construction sites.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices related to scaffolding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
