Job Overview
H-MAK is currently seeking skilled professionals for an important project based in Saudi Arabia. The company requires two experienced individuals: a Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) Welding Inspector and a Quality Control (QC) Mechanical Supervisor. Both positions demand candidates to be Saudi Aramco approved and have successfully passed the Computer Based Test (CBT).
Key Responsibilities
The PWHT Welding Inspector will be responsible for supervising and verifying all welding activities related to post weld heat treatment processes, ensuring compliance with project and Saudi Aramco standards. This includes carrying out inspections, documenting findings, and coordinating closely with engineering teams to maintain quality and safety.
The QC Mechanical Supervisor will oversee all mechanical quality control activities on site, enforcing quality assurance measures and strict adherence to Saudi Aramco requirements. This role involves supervising mechanical inspections, managing quality control documentation, and liaising with contractors and technical teams to guarantee that project specifications are met.
Required Skills and Certifications
- Relevant technical qualifications and professional certifications in welding inspection or mechanical quality control.
- Mandatory Saudi Aramco approval, particularly for the QC Mechanical Supervisor position.
- Successful completion of the Saudi Aramco Computer Based Test (CBT) for both roles.
- In-depth knowledge of welding standards, inspection methods, and mechanical quality control procedures in oil and gas or industrial project environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Availability
Immediate availability for mobilization will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates must provide all supporting documents, including valid certifications and Saudi Aramco approvals, to be considered for these positions.
