Job Overview

BEAM Consolidated is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations at their facility in Yanbu Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. This role requires an experienced leader with a solid background in mechanical and electrical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment. Your duties will include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex issues, and supervising maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives will also be a key part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, including leadership roles within manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience in Gypsum Board manufacturing or other heavy industry sectors is strongly preferred.
