Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join the GS E&C Yanbu Project, specializing in the oil and gas refinery sector. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in administrative support within refinery projects, excellent proficiency in Excel, and experience in payroll and labor control. Candidates must have valid Iqama transfer eligibility and at least three months remaining on their residency permit.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic project environment. This includes managing payroll activities, controlling labor-related documentation, and maintaining detailed spreadsheets for project data tracking. The assistant will also handle routine office tasks ensuring smooth daily operations within the project scope.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in administrative roles within oil and gas refinery projects.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.
• Proven experience managing payroll and labor control processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Preferably Indian nationality.
• Local Iqama transfer only, with a minimum validity of 3 months.
• Familiarity with the GS E&C Yanbu Project operations is an advantage.
