Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst with 7-10 years of experience specializing in NCR ATM and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) systems. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and is preferable for candidates currently residing in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation, testing, and maintenance of NCR banking solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assisting in the setup and deployment of various NCR software applications including APTRA Exchange, Aptra Vision, APTRA Opticash, Aptra Inetco, Aptra Solidcore, and Aptra Favorite Transactions. You will collaborate with business analysts and design points of contact to establish a detailed work breakdown structure for NCR delivery. Aligning internal teams and managing schedules within the project timeframe are essential tasks.

Ensuring the readiness of NCR test machines aligned with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) milestones is crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing screen layouts, electronic journal viewers, and report specifications for testing teams. Regular participation in technical meetings with NCR vendors and production support teams is expected.

Key duties include documenting, tracking, and resolving technical issues alongside production support, facilitating test script preparation and execution, and assisting end-users with testing procedures. Primary troubleshooting of ATM applications is a significant part of the role, along with supporting system audits conducted by the Audit and Compliance Division. Additionally, you will assist with deploying software applications in production and disaster recovery environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience with NCR ATM/CDM systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of APTRA software suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate across teams.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT testing phases.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug ATM application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.

Work Environment

This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, preferably for UAE-based candidates who can easily coordinate with local teams and vendors. The position requires active collaboration with technical teams, production support, and audit divisions to ensure high system availability and compliance standards.
