Safe Tech is actively seeking experienced professionals for several key roles within the health, safety, and quality control sectors focused on UAE construction and precast industries. The available positions include HSE Manager, HSE Officer, Safety Inspector, and QC Inspector. Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
HSE Manager
Lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies aligned with UAE regulations. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and manage safety training programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment. This role demands leadership experience within UAE construction, particularly in precast projects.
HSE Officer
Perform daily site inspections to monitor PPE use, issue work permits, and conduct Toolbox Talks to enhance onsite safety awareness. The officer supports the enforcement of safety standards and immediate hazard control.
Safety Inspector
Responsible for environmental monitoring, issuing Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and testing safety systems. This role ensures daily safety compliance, including PPE adherence and hazard identification.
QC Inspector
Focus on the inspection of raw materials and final precast products, verifying blueprints, reporting defects, and calibrating tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is essential for maintaining quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- HSE Manager: Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience, including at least 3 years in precast. Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, SARS, plus a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Safety.
- HSE Officer: At least 3 years UAE construction experience. Required credentials include NEBOSH certification, SARS, and a degree or diploma in Safety or Engineering.
- Safety Inspector: A minimum of 3 years in UAE construction. Candidates need NEBOSH certification, SARS, and either a High School Diploma or vocational training.
- QC Inspector: Must have 2+ years of precast experience and familiarity with ISO 9001. Educational requirements include a High School Diploma or Technical Diploma.
