Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HSE Officer with over two years of experience working on construction sites within the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed to maintain a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, performing risk assessments, and delivering toolbox talks to site personnel. They will also handle the preparation and management of safety documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HSE roles within UAE construction sites
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and practices
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred
• Proven ability to conduct detailed site inspections and risk evaluations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively liaise with teams and management

Additional Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa, either their own or employment visa. Immediate availability will be considered advantageous.

Location and Work Environment

This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and involves working primarily on active construction sites. The position demands a proactive approach to safety and the ability to work within fast-paced environments ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.
