Job Overview
DEC Dynamic Studio LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive EHS Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This role focuses on supporting health, safety, and environmental management across residential and luxury villa development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction safety, familiarity with UAE regulations, and the ability to foster a strong safety culture onsite.
Key Responsibilities
The EHS Engineer will be responsible for auditing and reviewing contractor health and safety documentation including EHS plans, method statements, and risk assessments. Daily site inspections and safety audits are integral to monitoring compliance and project safety performance. You will lead HSE meetings, prepare detailed reports, and track corrective actions to ensure standards are consistently met.
Additional duties include coordinating with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities during inspections, supporting incident investigations with preventive strategies, and verifying the effectiveness of permit-to-work systems and safety training programs. Environmental controls, emergency preparedness, and measures for extreme weather conditions will also fall under your scope to promote safe and sustainable project operations.
Required Skills
