Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent. This position involves collaborating with various departments to understand staffing needs, screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience specializing in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and team members
• Familiarity with SAP software is considered an advantage but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits
