Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience specializing in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and team members
- Familiarity with SAP software is considered an advantage but not mandatory
Compensation and Benefits
