We are seeking a dedicated Female HR Coordinator / Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and assisting with daily administrative tasks within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage HR coordination activities such as tracking attendance, processing leave requests, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication across departments and supporting overall HR operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or administration roles.
- Proficiency in HR coordination tasks, including maintaining employee records and recruitment assistance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders efficiently.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction sectors is a plus.
- Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Availability to join immediately will be highly advantageous.
