Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to support our company in enhancing its structure, career development strategies, and succession planning initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in shaping policies, evaluating job roles, and ensuring alignment with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining the organizational structure, conducting job evaluations, and creating clear career paths. Additional duties include formulating company policies and procedures and facilitating succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of three years’ proven experience in organizational development roles.
  • Expertise in job evaluation and organizational structure assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, salary systems, and Saudization policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and tools for designing organizational frameworks.
  • Experience working within industrial companies is highly preferred.
