Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support our human resources operations by focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process enhancements. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and maintaining accurate HR records to improve workforce planning and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data and producing regular and ad-hoc reports to aid management in making informed decisions. Developing and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI will be essential to provide clear insights. You will ensure data integrity across HR systems, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support continuous improvements within HR workflows. Working closely with HR teams, you will help streamline processes to boost productivity and enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for dashboard creation.
• Attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
• Ability to develop clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various HR stakeholders.
• Capability to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization.

Eligibility

This position is open to candidates from India, Pakistan, or the Philippines interested in working in Saudi Arabia.
