Job Title: HR Specialist (Data & Process Support) – Indian, Pakistani or Philippine.
Job Summary:
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The role focuses on providing accurate insights, developing SOPs, and enabling data-driven decision-making across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HR data and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide actionable insights to management to enhance workforce planning and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
