Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role requires coordinating HR workflows while maintaining strict attention to detail and handling multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working within the human resources field.
• Proficient in English, including strong reading and writing abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR software systems such as Bridge or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with the Saudi labor law and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage diverse tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position starts at SAR 6,000 per month, with the final offer determined based on experience. Additional employee benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
