We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the aluminum, facade, and construction sectors. This role demands a proactive professional who can efficiently manage all aspects of human resource functions while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and supporting workforce growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive HR operations, including the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing recruitment efforts, overseeing onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and addressing personnel matters promptly and effectively.

In addition, the HR Manager will maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, leave documentation, and contract renewals. You will work closely with management and department heads to align manpower needs and collaborate on strategic workforce planning.

Performance management, disciplinary actions, and continuous employee development will be administered under your guidance. You will also prepare detailed HR reports, manage documentation, and coordinate with government authorities and relevant platforms as necessary to ensure compliance.
