Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to manage and oversee scaffolding operations at a shipyard and onshore project located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience ensuring safety compliance and quality control throughout all stages of scaffolding work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and project specifications, including the inspection of scaffolding materials and structures on a regular basis. Coordination with site engineers, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, and the workforce is essential. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure all scaffolds are properly tagged and certified, conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings, and monitor workforce productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision. An Aramco-approved Scaffolding Supervisor certification is highly preferred or required. Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety procedures is essential, along with proven leadership skills to manage teams and site activities effectively. Excellent communication skills are also important to ensure smooth collaboration across all project stakeholders.
