Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join our team supporting ongoing projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with the Permit to Work (PTW) system and a strong understanding of site safety protocols. This role plays a vital part in coordinating safety activities between Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) personnel and construction teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Work Permit Receiver will be responsible for managing work permits efficiently and ensuring all safety regulations are followed on site. This includes reviewing and receiving permits, coordinating with relevant teams to monitor work activities, and ensuring all safety procedures are upheld. The candidate will actively liaise with HSE officers and construction supervisors to confirm safe work practices during project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with the Permit to Work (PTW) system
• Thorough knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Previous involvement in oil and gas, construction, or similar industrial projects is highly preferred
• Familiarity with relevant safety approvals and certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who have worked on large-scale construction or oil and gas projects within Saudi Arabia will be given priority. Relevant certifications or approvals in health and safety management will strengthen the application.
