Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager who holds Saudi Aramco approval to oversee health, safety, and environmental management within a major EPC project in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in safety leadership, rigorous compliance management, and a proven track record of delivering zero-incident work environments on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards throughout all project phases. Leading risk assessment activities such as HAZID and HAZOP, the role involves close coordination with Aramco compliance teams to align safety practices with industry and client expectations. The manager will mentor and supervise site safety teams, promoting a strong culture of safety excellence and proactive incident prevention across the EPC project.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be officially approved by Saudi Aramco as an HSE Manager
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in an HSE leadership role within Oil & Gas EPC projects
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, OSHA regulations, as well as ISO 45001 and 14001
• Strong leadership abilities in managing safety teams and overseeing site safety operations
• Expertise in conducting and leading comprehensive risk assessments including HAZID and HAZOP
