We are urgently seeking a qualified Safety Officer for a short-term shutdown project based in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. This contract role spans 25 days and requires immediate mobilization. Candidates with a strong background in plant safety within oil and gas, mining, aluminum, or petrochemical industries are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations throughout the shutdown period. This includes overseeing workplace conditions, identifying potential hazards, and coordinating with site management to maintain a secure environment for all personnel.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working in plant environments, which is a mandatory requirement
• Background in oil & gas, mining, aluminum, or petrochemical sectors
• Comprehensive understanding of current safety procedures and regulatory standards
• Possession of valid safety certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA is preferred
• Ability to rapidly adapt and mobilize to the project site

Compensation and Benefits

The offered rate ranges from 35 to 38, inclusive of FAT. This is a contract role focused on providing expert safety oversight during the shutdown phase.
