Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Safety Officers for full-time, on-site positions based in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring the highest safety standards on ARAMCO projects, especially pipelines involving cathodic protection. Candidates with a strong background in electrical supervision, ARAMCO work approval, and safety certifications will find this opportunity rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain work quality and promptly resolve site issues. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive site records and accurately reporting accidents, delays, or any safety non-conformities are essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, including a minimum of 3 years on ARAMCO pipeline projects. ARAMCO safety approval and valid client delegation or approval are mandatory, along with third-party certifications such as BLS and First Aid. NEBOSH certification or equivalent safety qualifications are highly preferred. A working knowledge of cathodic protection procedures will be advantageous.

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills are vital to succeed in this position. The ability to interpret drawings and project specifications, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will help ensure smooth site operations.

Preferred Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is desirable. Effective communication skills will contribute greatly to coordination and reporting tasks.

Additional Information

This opportunity is open to candidates from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and the Philippines who hold a valid Iqama. Candidates must be ready to attend client interviews and transfer within a week as per company requirements. Willingness to work at any location across Saudi Arabia is necessary. Experience with cathodic protection work is a plus.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is SAR 2500 to SAR 3700, depending on experience and qualifications.
