This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Safety Management and extensive experience working within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environments. Key Responsibilities

The HSSE Supervisor will oversee health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across project sites. Responsibilities include implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with teams to enforce HSSE policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The role demands close collaboration with project managers and contractors to foster a safe workplace culture.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HSSE supervision, preferably within the EPC sector.
• A strong educational background in Safety Management.
• Proven expertise in developing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local and international safety regulations applicable to construction and engineering projects.
