Job Overview

Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the Oil & Gas or construction sectors. This role requires an individual who is committed to ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with established HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards to reduce risks at the workplace.
• Provide guidance and training to workers and subcontractors on safe work practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to safety incidents and HSE performance.
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory Aramco approval as an HSE/Safety Supervisor.
• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification in IOSH or NEBOSH is essential.
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Strong familiarity with HSE regulations, safety protocols, and site supervision best practices.
