Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer with expertise in document control for a long-term position in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. This role requires a professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance combined with administrative skills in managing safety documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control safety, HSE, and administrative documents ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all AI and HSE related paperwork.
• Work closely with safety teams to support administrative tasks and documentation handling.
• Ensure proper compliance and maintenance of documents related to the medical chamber and employee records.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with CHAMBER certification crucial for this role.
• Solid understanding of administration procedures alongside health and safety documentation management.
• Proficient knowledge of AI and HSE document handling in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple document types effectively.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama and Muqeem
• Passport copy and JPG photo
• Medical chamber certificate
• Commercial Registration (CR) documentation
