Job Overview

A well-established transportation company located in Abqaiq is seeking a qualified QHSE Manager to lead and oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental management within the organization. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing QHSE processes, particularly in environments compliant with Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies ensuring compliance with company standards and Saudi Aramco regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage environmental compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive QHSE integration across all operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a QHSE Manager, preferably within the transportation or related industries.
• Certification or approval from Saudi Aramco is required.
• Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage safety teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work proactively and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
