Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly and erection of electrical transmission towers. This includes proper handling of equipment, working at heights, coordinating with team members, and following established safety protocols. Supervisors will oversee site operations and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in tower assembly or erection projects is highly preferred
• Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding manual labor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
