We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Field Compliance Coordinator for a reputable client located in Abqaiq – SPARK. This role focuses on maintaining and promoting safety standards in the field, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Candidates with a background in safety engineering or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety practices on-site, identifying potential hazards, and advising on effective risk management strategies. Main duties include conducting safety audits and inspections, supporting implementation of safety protocols, participating in incident investigations, and delivering training to reinforce safety awareness. Promoting a proactive safety culture among all team members will be a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of five years’ experience in safety management or related roles is essential. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or a closely related field such as Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, excellent observation and communication skills, along with the ability to conduct thorough safety assessments, are required.
