Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Safety Officer with Aramco approval to join a prestigious Oil & Gas project located in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in health and safety within the oil and gas sector, especially in environments requiring strict adherence to Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site, conducting risk assessments, overseeing safety training, and maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders. This role demands vigilance to prevent workplace accidents and strict enforcement of safety policies aligned with Aramco’s guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas safety project roles
• Valid Aramco Safety Officer approval
• Must hold a current Muqeem and iqama
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Academic certificates related to safety or engineering disciplines
• Availability under the Ajeer program
