Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role plays a vital part within the HR Shared Services team, handling various employee-related processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with line managers, HR business partners, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient human resource operations.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Specialist will manage end-to-end separation cases, coordinating with employees and managers to complete all necessary procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and issuing manual letters with appropriate approvals, ensuring proper documentation throughout the process.
Additionally, the role involves facilitating all onboarding activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of orientation and induction programs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date SAP and employee records, performing background checks, and managing employee files in line with company standards are essential aspects of the job.
The specialist will oversee critical HR service deliveries such as GOSI, medical insurance, and contract management. Providing excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries and contributing creatively to improve HR processes also form part of this role. Weekly participation in HR induction sessions to welcome and guide new hires is expected, along with organizing company presentations and product demonstrations.
The role requires generating reports and trackers as requested by management and supporting disciplinary case documentation when assigned. Additional tasks may be delegated by the HR team leader or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Strong knowledge of HR data management and SAP system usage
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws, government formalities, and employee benefits regulations
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing high-quality customer service
Work Environment
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to HR Operations. The role involves working collaboratively with various teams within a dynamic HR Shared Services environment, supporting the overall employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.
