Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the construction sector in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws along with prior experience working in the KSA. Candidates with Aramco project exposure will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and overseeing smooth onboarding of new employees. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing HR policies aligned with local labor regulations while maintaining precise employee records.

Additionally, you will provide ongoing HR support to staff, manage employee relations, handle performance evaluations, and assist with disciplinary procedures as needed. Coordinating employee training initiatives to enhance skills is also a crucial part of this role. On the project coordination side, managing Aramco ID processing, gate passes, and document control will be included in your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor law and employment regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR management systems and software
• Familiarity with Arabic language is an advantage
• Certification in Human Resources is desirable
• Prior experience on Aramco projects will give applicants an edge
