Key Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing government compliance, overseeing workforce management, and acting as a vital link between leadership and operational teams. This includes handling HR operations focused on frontline employees, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting rapid business growth with strong, responsive HR practices.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise with KSA-specific HR operations and government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exceptional ownership, resilience, and proactive stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide insights and feedback as the eyes and ears on the ground, facilitating smooth communication between management and teams
