A semi-government organization in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to join their human resources team. This role focuses on driving performance improvements by identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting initiatives that help achieve corporate goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing organizational performance by working closely with multiple business units. Primary duties include:

• Identifying divisional and departmental KPIs that may pose risks to meeting corporate objectives
• Collaborating with business units to develop and implement initiatives aimed at closing performance gaps
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of these initiatives to evaluate their effectiveness and benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in performance management or a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in English language
