Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Secretary with Human Resources experience to support the CEO and manage key office functions in Riyadh. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities to handle executive scheduling, correspondence, HR documentation, and employee-related activities efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s daily calendar, coordinating meetings and travel plans, and handling all incoming communication on behalf of the CEO with professionalism. You will prepare, edit, and maintain confidential documents such as reports, letters, and presentations. Taking minutes during meetings, following up on action items, and facilitating interdepartmental communication are essential parts of this role.
On the HR side, you will maintain employee records, support recruitment efforts by posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Preparing offer letters, appointment documents, onboarding materials, and managing exit formalities will also be part of your duties. Coordination of employee welfare initiatives, training sessions, and performance reporting will help foster a positive work environment.
In addition, you will handle administrative duties such as filing, courier services, and tracking of various company documents including vacation, travel requests, office supplies, and employee-related paperwork. Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies is critical throughout all responsibilities.
