We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join a dynamic fashion sector company based in Riyadh. The position offers a competitive starting salary from SAR 7,000.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR tasks to ensure smooth departmental coordination and employee management. Primary duties include managing day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment processes and employee terminations. The officer will keep employee records accurate and up to date, implement company HR policies, and assist in recruitment and initial interview procedures. Monitoring attendance, leave, and departures will also be part of the role. Additionally, preparing periodic HR reports to inform management will be necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An effective HR Officer should have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in coordinating across different departments to address their staffing needs. Experience in recruitment and employee file management is important, as well as knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
