Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Services Supervisor to lead government relations and compliance efforts within a dynamic HVAC contracting company based in Riyadh. This supervisory position moves beyond routine HR tasks, focusing on ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws, managing Saudization initiatives, and maintaining strong liaison with governmental authorities and Saudi stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR policies, compliance, and workforce governance. You will be responsible for managing government portal activities including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, Nitaqat, GOSI, and MOL. Driving Saudization compliance by coordinating the onboarding of Saudi nationals and addressing any objections will be critical. Interpreting and applying Saudi Labor Law in areas such as contracts, terminations, end of service benefits, leaves, and dispute resolution is essential.
Additionally, you will handle employee disputes and disciplinary actions, including litigation and labor court proceedings, while maintaining clear and regular compliance reporting to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic—both spoken and written—is essential for effective communication with Saudi officials and employees.
- Proven experience working with Saudi nationals in a supervisory HR capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with all relevant Saudi government HR portals.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and the Nitaqat Saudization framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in contracting, construction, or MEP sectors is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent credential.
- Indian nationality is preferred.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a competitive salary range of SAR 7,000 to 10,000 per month, depending on experience. The office is located in the Malaz district of Riyadh.
