Job Overview
We are currently seeking a proficient HR Executive, preferably Arabic-speaking Sudanese nationals, to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing all human resources tasks related to Saudi government platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, and MOL. Daily duties include employee onboarding, preparing contracts, managing documentation, and overseeing visa-related processes including issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations. Another vital aspect of the role is maintaining employee records in line with Saudi labor laws and keeping all licenses, permits, and official documentation renewed on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience managing HR functions within Saudi Arabia. A strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and expertise in handling government HR portals like Qiwa, Muqeem, and Absher is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
