Job Overview

Mercer is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their business team in Riyadh. This role involves supporting senior consultants through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis, research, and delivering effective HR solutions that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will help address client challenges by developing practical HR programs aligned with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and identifying any discrepancies. Routine client and vendor communication is essential, including following up on outstanding matters and gathering additional information when necessary. The role also requires analyzing qualitative data from focus groups, interviews, and meetings to identify trends and gaps, alongside quantitative data analysis.

Under supervision, the consultant will prepare reports addressing client issues using Mercer’s frameworks, support large-scale project management, and independently deliver smaller projects. They will conduct research on human capital topics and client industries, providing valuable insights. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to business development by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in pitch meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in HR consulting or general consulting.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, quick learning ability, creative and critical thinking skills, and proactive problem-solving.
• High proficiency in research and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Bilingual communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.

Additional Requirements
