​Requirements
​5 to 7 years of experience.
​Strong experience in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management.
​Practical understanding of HRBP’s role and working with departments.
​Experience in managing and following up on KPIs and performance appraisal courses.
​Ability to deal with leaders and solve operational problems.
​Experience in building and improving policies and procedures is preferred.
​English language proficiency (good to excellent).
