The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of professional experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, organizational development, and performance management. This role requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating effectively with various departments and leadership teams to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring KPIs and performance appraisal processes to support employee development and organizational growth. You will work closely with leaders to resolve operational challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on recruitment and organizational development.
• Proven ability to manage performance management systems and follow up on key performance indicators.
• A clear understanding of the HR Business Partner role and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership.
• Experience in developing and enhancing HR policies and procedures is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English, ranging from good to excellent communication skills.
