Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team for the prestigious Qiddiyah FIFA Stadium project in Riyadh. This role involves managing comprehensive HR functions on-site, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including staffing arrangements, onboarding, and employee termination specific to site personnel.
• Handle essential processes such as Ajeer labor transfer, GOSI registration, Iqama issuance, visa arrangements, labor permits, and gate pass coordination.
• Manage employment contracts, attendance monitoring, payroll processing, staff discipline, and labor relations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Saudi labor authorities, main contractors, and complete official registrations and compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, monitor document validity, and ensure adherence to all site labor compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience within Saudi construction projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Ajeer/GOSI labor transfers, Iqama processing, and Saudi labor regulations.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with site teams and official bodies.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce, including Chinese and other foreign workers, with an understanding of cultural nuances and Saudi labor compliance.
• Ability to work on-site and respond promptly to urgent document processing and emergency staffing issues.
